The Ascendant Continuum (“we”, “our”, “the game”) is developed by AscendantContinuum (contact: ascendantcontinuum@gmail.com). This policy explains what data we handle and, more importantly, what we do not.
We do not collect gameplay analytics, behavioural data, session data, crash telemetry, or any form of usage tracking. No Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no advertising IDs, no third-party tracking pixels. Your gameplay is yours alone.
The game includes Realm Dwellers — characters whose dialogue evolves through an aggregated collective memory system. When cloud save is enabled, anonymised in-game interactions (e.g. wishes left on the Wish Wall, Kindness Chain completions) may contribute to the shared world state that shapes Realm Dweller responses. This process uses no personal data and cannot be attributed to any individual. You may opt out entirely by keeping cloud save disabled.
The legal basis for processing your waitlist email is your explicit consent (opt-in form submission). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To remove your email from our waitlist or delete your anonymous cloud save, contact us and we will action the request within 30 days.
The game is rated 4+ / Everyone. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Anonymous cloud save data is retained until you delete the app or request deletion. We hold no other personal data.
