By downloading or playing The Ascendant Continuum you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
All in-app purchases are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay outcomes. All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle payment data directly. Purchases are final; refunds are governed by the platform’s refund policy.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantages, or harass other users through social features (Wish Wall, Kindness Chain).
All game content — art, music, code, lore, and the five realm concepts — is owned by AscendantContinuum. You may share screenshots and videos for non-commercial fan content with attribution.
The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure or uninstallation if cloud save is disabled.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration.
