We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
All in-app purchases are cosmetic only and do not affect gameplay outcomes. All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle payment data directly. Purchases are final; refunds are governed by the platform’s refund policy.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantages, or harass other players through social features (Wish Wall, Kindness Chain).
All game content — art, music, code, lore, and the five realm concepts — is owned by AscendantContinuum. You may share screenshots and videos for non-commercial fan content with attribution.
The game includes Realm Dwellers, characters whose dialogue is shaped by a collective memory system that aggregates anonymised in-game interactions across all players (e.g. wishes, chain completions). By playing, you acknowledge that:

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure or uninstallation if cloud save is disabled. In-game celestial events are based on real astronomical data and local time; we do not guarantee accuracy for all time zones or edge cases.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration.
